Hiring Now: Ice Cream Scooper / Barista

Sprinklz is hiring immediately! We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Ice Cream Scooper / Barista who is eager to learn and grow with our team.

Our current priority is finding someone for a long-term Monday–Friday daytime position. Shifts generally run 11 AM–5 PM during August and September and 12 PM–5 PM from October through April. Hours may vary, and we offer some flexibility with scheduling.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a fun, fast-paced environment. You’ll help create a welcoming experience for our customers while serving ice cream, preparing specialty beverages, and learning coffee and espresso techniques.

We offer minimum wage + tips, flexible scheduling, part-time and seasonal opportunities, free shift drinks, and opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement.

We’re looking for a positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Previous customer service, food service, or coffee experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
